AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 OF ORDINANCE #2682 WITH
PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE PART SETTING
FORTH THE FEES TO BE PAID BY
DEALERS IN THE PRODUCT-
ION OF MILK OR CREAM.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South

of the following annual fees.
(a) For engaging in the production of mi,1k or
cream to be sold to pasterurization milk plants or depot's
the sum of $5.00.
(b) For engaging In the delivery and distribution

of milk or cream whether wholesale or retail the suml of-50
cents for each wagon or vehicle used in said busines in the
City of South Bend.
(c) For maintaining a milk plant or depot, deliver-
ing or distributing milk or cream within the City of South
Bend the sum of $20.00.
Section 11. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage, publication and signature by the Mayor.
