ORDIT+<ANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUUI OF ONE THOGSAND DOLLARS
($1,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND TO THE ACCOUNT FOR TRAFFIC REGULATION
SIGNS UNDER THE POLICE DEPARTTuF.NT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
Section I That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the City of South Bend to Account #P -19, same being the
account for supplies under the Police Department, for the pur-
chase of new parking and speed regulation signs in the City of
South Bend, as recommended by the Traffic Engineer.
Section II - This Ordnance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, public hearing, legal publication,
signature by the Mayor and approval by the State Tax Board.
