ORDINANCE # 3 -?.. o 9
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO
ACCOUNT #711 UNDER THE PARK MAINTENANCE
DEPARTMENT FOR THE COMPLETION OF
THE W.P.A. PIN HOOK PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section I. That the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the City of South Bend to Account #711 under the Park
Maintenance Department for the purpose of paying the amount
nedessary to complete the City's share of the W.P.A. Pin Hook
project already nearing completion by said Park Department.
"Section II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal publication, public hearing, passage by
the Council, signature by the Mayor and approval by the State
Tax Board.
I recommend the passage of the foregoing Ordinance.
