AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 41 OF ORDINANCE #3146 WITH REFER-
ENCE TO THE SCHEDULE OF PARKING ON THE PAVED STREETS OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO PROHIBIT THE PARKING OF CARS ON THE
PAVED STREETS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND BETWEEN TWO-
(2:00) AND FIVE (5:00) A. M.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I - That Section 41, Schedule A of Ordinance #3146 be
amended to include the provision that parking on paved streets
of the City of South Bend shall be prohibited between the hours
from two (2:00) to five (5:00) A. M.', except on Sunday mornings
and Monday mornings.
SECTION II - This amendment to said Traffic Ordinance #3146 shall
be subject to the some penalties and same procedure upon arrests
for violation of this provision as are set out in Section 91, 92
and 93 of Article H of Ordinance #3146.
SECTION III - This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication.
