AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDREDDOLLARS
(?200.00) FOR THE SPECIAL JUDGE ACCOUNT
UNDER THE OFFICE OF CITY J'UDGE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend:, Indiana,
Section I. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
(0200400) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend to the account for
Special Judges under the office of City Judge denoted as
Ew5 for the employment of special judges during the balance
of theyear 19370
Section IIr This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after legal publication, public hearing,
Passage bg.the Common Councilj,.;and approval of the State Tax
Board,
Member of he Common Uouncil.
I recommend the passage of the foregoing ordinance.
