AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
DOLLARS ($250.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS, ONE
HUNDRED DOLLARS (x6100.00) FOR THE ITEM OF RE-
FUNDS OF A'`yARDS AND INDEMNITIES AND ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) FOR
PUFILICATION OF NOTICES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section 2. That the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account No. H -23
under the Board of Public Works, the same being the account
for Refunds of Awards and Indemnities under the Board of
Public Works.
Section II. That the sun of One Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($150.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Accout
H -13 under the Board of Public Works, the same being the
account for Advertising and Publication of Notices.
Section III. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and a�'ter legal notice, public hearing, passage
of the Council, approval of the Mayor and also the State Tax
Board.
