ORDINANCE # 3215
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEN HUNDRED TWENTY
DOLLARS (41020.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT D -4 UNDER THE CITY
TREASURERIS OFFICE FOR THE PAYMENT OF
SPECIAL BARRETT LAW CLERKS FOR THE
BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1937.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section I. That the surr_.of'Ten Hundred Twenty
Dollars (1020.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to :Account
D -4 under the City Treasurer's Office for the employment of
special Barrett Law Clerks by the City Treasurer to abstract
the balances of the Barrett Law Department and place said
records in a proper condition for audit to the present time.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect after legal publication, public hearing, passage
by this body, written approval by the Mayor and the State
Tax Board.
