ORDINANCE # 3219
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
DOLLARS ($250.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND TO THE ACCOUNT FOR MEDICAL AND
SURGICAL SERVICES, THE SAME BEING ACCOUNT
Q -13 -A UNDER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section I. That the sum of Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($250.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the City of South Bend to the account for
medical and surgical services under the Fire Department, the
same being Account Q -13 -A for the payment of medical services
for injured firemen during the year 1937.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after legal notice, public hearing, passage
by this body, approval by the Mayor and the State Tax Board.
