AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($1,500.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS UNDER
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY, ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($1,000.00) OF THE SAME FOR NEW
SIGNS FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) FOR
MEDICAL AND SURGICAL EXPENSES FOR
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section I. That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
be appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend
to Account P -19 under the Police Department for new traffic
signs for the Police Department.
Section II. That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be
and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
the City of South Bend to Account Q -13 -A, the same being the
account for medical and surgical purposes under the Fire Depart-
ment.
Section III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal notice, public hearing, passage by this body,
approval of the Mayor and the State Tax Board.
