AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE
EXPENSES OF THE POLICrZENtS PENSION FUND OF THE CITY G@VERiITMENT
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR TEE FISCAL YEAR BE-
GINNING JANUARY 1, 1938, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1938,
INCLUDING ALL OUTSTAiNDING CLAIMS.AND OBLIGATIONS,
AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE
EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I - That for the expenses of the Policements Pension Fund
of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1935, the fol-
lowing sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart
out of the funds herein named and for the purpose herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same, Such sums herein appropriated
shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made dur-
ing the year., unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by
law.
SECTION II — That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriat-
ed out of the °Policements Pension Fund" of said City, the following:
