Ja y / --AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF .-DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE POLICEMEN'S PENSION FUND OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1940 and ENDING DECE!*_BER 31, ATOP, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIRING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common louncil of the City of South Bend, Indiana: S ection I_ That for the expenses of the Policemenns Pension Fund of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 19402 the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to bemade during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law, Section II That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the " Policemen$s Pensinn Fund" of said City, the following: Detailed Classification Policemen's Pension Fund 1.
