AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR TM PURPOSE OF
DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY PLAN COMKISSION
OF Tit CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNIlQG JANUARY 1; 1940' AND ENDING DEC
31, 19409 INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND
FIXING A TIME WHEN WE SAS SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Common Council of the Oily of South Bend, Indiana:
Section I - That for the expenses of the City Plan Commission for the
fiscal year ending December 31, 1940, the following sums of money are
hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named
and for the purposes herein specified# subject to the laws governing
the sam®4 Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise
expressely stipulated- and provided by law*
Section II A That for the fiscal year th ere is hereby appropriated out
of the "City Plan tlommission Fund" of said City, the following:
