ORDINANCE NO, 3251
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUN OF $2,500,00 FROM
ACCOUNT B 14A UNDER THE OFFICE OF CONTROLLER TO ACC-
OUNT L 15 UNDER ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO COVER COST
OF PREPARING APPLICATIONS FOR P. W. A. GRANTS AND
W. P. A, PROJECTS WHICH HAVE BEEN DEEMED AS AN
EMERGENCY,
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.:
SECTION I - That the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500900)
Dollars be and the same is hereby transferred from account B 14A
under the Office of City Controller to account L 15 under the
Engineering Department to cover the cost of preparing applications
for P. W. A. grants and W. P. A. Projects,
SECTION II - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after passage of the Council and approval of the Mayor
as provided by law,
