AN ORDINANCE Air ?ENDING ORDINANCE #2948 CHANGING THE I;;ATTER
OF FEES PROVIDED TN SECTION 3 PRO_:` 70MNTY -FIVE DOLLARS
PTR QITARTEP PERIOD TO TVIT';NTY -FIVE DOLLARS
PER AKNUAL PERIOD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance #2948 be
amended to read as follows: The fees for licenses for
peddling as above set forth for a period of one (1) year
shall be:
Pack Peddler - Eight Dollars (' >8.00) per annual
T
eriod.
Push cart, wa on, motor vehicle, or any other
vehicle - Twenty -Five Dollars (.'-"25.00) per
annual period.
SECTION 2. That all other parts of Ordinance
72948 remain in full force and effect including the penal
part of said ordinance in the same manner as set forth in
Ordinance ;2948.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in .full force
and effect from and after its adoption_ and legal publication.
