BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South. Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I- That the annual salaries for the .followin, municipal
city officials and employees of the city of South Bend, State of
Indiana, be and the same are hereby fixed to be effective as of
January 1, 1939, as follows, to -wit:

Assistant Chief of Police,

SECTION II- That all of said above named officials and employees
who have served ::?ore than twelve months shall be entitled to and
receive an annual vacation of fifteen da;rs with full pa- - therefor.
SECTION ITT- That all ordinances or carts of.,ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby= repealed.
