PRODUCTION, GRADING, LABELING, AITI)LING, PASTEURIZATION, DISTRIBUTION
AND SALE OF MILK, CREAT•n AND CERTAIN PrILLK PRODUCTS AHD PROVIDING FOR
ISSUING P 1,UTS AND LICENSES THERDFOR.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Sec, 1. That Section 13 of Ordinance No. 2682, adopted by the Common Council
on the 13th day of February, 1928, and approved by the Hayor on February 16, 1928, be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 13, The City Controller shall upon recommendation of the Board of
Health issue a license to any person complying with the provisions of this ordinance,
upon payment of the following annual fees:
(a) For engaging in the delivery and distribution of milk or
cream whether wholesale or.retail, the sum of 50 cents for each wagon or vehicle used
in said business in the City of South Send;
(b) 2or maintaining a milk plant or depot, delivering or distrib-
uting milk or cream within the City of South lend, the sum of N20.00.
Sec. 2, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and legal publication and approval by the iiayor.
