ORDINANCE N0. 3264
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $49000.00 FROM
ACCOUNT B 14A UNDER THE OFFICE OF CONTROLLER TO AC*
COUNT L 15 UNDER ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO DOVER
COST OF PREPARING APPLICATIONS FOR P. W, A.'GRANTS
AND W. P. A. PROTECTS WHICH HAVE BEEN DEEMED AS AN
EMERGENCY.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section I - That the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000,00)
be and the same is hereby transferred from account B 14 A un-
der the Office of City Controller to account L 15 under the
Engineering Department to cover the cost of preparing applica-
tions for P. W, A, grants and W. P. A. PR0jects.
Section II - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and ,after passage of the Council and approval of the Mayor
as provided by law.
