AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY DOLLARS FROM B 14A, CONTROLLER'S CONTINGENT
ACCOUNT, TO THE ACCOUNT FOR SPECIAL JUDGES, E 5.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City ppf
South Bend,
Section One;-
That the sum of one hundred twenty dollars
($120.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from
B -14A, Controller's Contingent Account, to Special
Judges account, number E 5, under the City Judges,
office of the 1938 budget.
Section Two:-
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after passage and signature of the Mayor.
