ORDINANCE # 302
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($100.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND TO ACCOUNT L -10 UNDER THE ENGINEERIS OFFICE
FOR GASOLINE FOR THE BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1937.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be
and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
the City of South Bend to Account L -10 for gasoline under the
Engineering Department of the City of South Bend for the
balance of the year 1937.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal notice, public hearing, passage, approval
of the Mayor and the State Tax Board,
I recommend passage of the foregoing Ordinance.
