ORDINANCE # 3235
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-
SIX DOLLARS AND TWENTY -FIVE CENTS ($956.25) FROM THE
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND TO
ABOLISH THE FUND KNOWN AS b1UNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty -Six
Dollars and twenty -five cents ($956.25) be and the same is
hereby transferred from the Municipal Airport Fund of the City
of South Bend to the General Fund of the City of South Bend.
SECTION 2. That the Airport Fund of the City of
South Bend is hereby abolished.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and signature by the
bIayor. .
MEMBER OF THE COMMON COUTICIL.
I recommend the passage of the foregoing Ordinance.
