ORDINANCE # 3240
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING T17 SUT; OF SEVEN HUND2FD DOLLARS
(700.00) FROM; ONE ACCOUNT UNDER THE CITY ENGINEER'S
OFFICE TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT ?NDER THE CITY ENGI-
NEER'S OFFFICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW TRUCK.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana;
SECTION 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars
($700.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Account
L -1 under the City Engineer's Office for salaries and wages
regular be transferred to Account L -14 for the purchase of a
new truck under the City Engineer's Office and placed in
Account L -14 for Motor Equipment under the City Fngineer's
Office.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after legal notice, public hearing, passage
of the Council, approval of the Mayor and the State Tax Board.
