ORDINANCE # 3241
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS
J$200.00) FROM ONE ACCOUNT UNDER THE CITY JUDGES TO
ANOTHER ACCOUNT UNDER THE CITY JUDGES FOR THE
PAYMENT OF SPECIAL JUDGES.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Account
E- 5A,the same being the account for juries under the City
Judges Account, to Account E -5, the sale being the account for
special judges under the City Judge's Office for the payment
of special judges used during the year 1937.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after legal notice, public hearing, passage
of the Council, approval of the Mayor and the State Tax Board.
MEMBER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL.
I recommend the passage of the foregoing Ordinance.
