ORDINANCE NO, 3242 as amended
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS OF
THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR TI-i`.E PERIOD OF TIME
FROM JANUARY 1, 19392 TO DECEMBER 31, 1939, BOTH IN
CLUSIVE AND ALSO THE SALARIES FOR SAID OFFICES FOR
THE YEARS 1940,, 1941 and 1942,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
SECTION I - That the salary for the following officers of the
City of South Bend for the period commencing January 1, 1939,
and extending to and including December 31, 1939, be fixed at the
'amount specified after the office hereinafter set forth, and that
said sum shall be set aside from the funds budgeted for 1939 for
the salary of the offices hereinafter set forth and that said
salaries shall apply for 1940, 1941 and 1942:
