examination and laboratory fees for food handlers of the City
of South Bend, in conformity with Section 8, Chapter 163, Acts
of 1909 of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after legal notice, public hearing, passage
of this body, approval of the I<rayor and the State Tax Board.
