AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE USEJf(DISTRICTS AS TO CERTAIN
LOTS IN KIRBYTS SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend:
Section 1. That Lots 1, 2, 3 and 8 in Kirby's
Subdivision of Lot 83 State Bank Outlots Second Addition
to the City of South Bend be changed from Commercial use
to a Light Industrial use district, and that Ordinance #2331
be amended to conform with this change of use, and that the
height and area district remain the same as at present.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after passage and signature by the Tfiayor.
