AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES FOR THE VARIOUS
OFFICIALS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND.
FOR THE PERIOD COMMEMING JANUARY It 1940 AND
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1940, BOTH INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the city of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION I. That the following salaries be fixed for
the various officials and employees of the Civil City of
South Bend, Indiana, for the period between January let and
December 311.1940, both inclusive; that the amounts so fixed
by this ordinance be designated as the full amount of compen-
sation to be received by said officials and employees as in
aforesaid period above set forth.
