BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the city of South"Bend,
Indiana:
Section 1. That Ordinance #2331 be amended insofar as said
ordinance is applicable to Lot No. 48 in Baker and McHenry's Addition to
the city of South Bend, Indiana, by changing the zoning of said Lot
#48 from B use and A height and area district to light industrial or D
use and E height and area district, as provided by said ordinance #2331.
Section 2. This ordinanpe shall be in full force and effect
