ORDINANCE FIXING THE SURETY BONDS TO BE GIVEN
BY CERTAIN ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIVE OFFICIALS
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH REND, INDIANA
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that the elective and appointive officials of
said City be required to give surety bonds to inure to the city of
South Bend, in amounts set out opposite the name of each office
designated:
Water 'Works Stockroom clerk
City Judge
City Clerk
Chief Deputy City Clerk
Deputy City Clerk
Bailiff of City Court
Probation Officer for City Court
City Attorney
City Engineer
City Comptroller
Chief Deputy City Comptroller
Clerk of Board of Public Vlorks
and Safety
City Plumbing Inspector
;'later Works Auditor
Electrical Inspector
Assistant Electrical Inspector
Cashiers in !rater Works
Chief of Police
Superintendent of Water Works
City Treasurer
City Treasurer as collector of
Barrett Bond Funds
Comptroller's Clerk
