THE ACCOUNT IDENTIF'I'ED AS " OFFICIAL RECORDS"
IN THE APPROPRIATION FO! THE CITY CLERK AND
APPROP!2IATING THE SAID STA FO-E-, THE PURCHASE
OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city
of South Bend, Indiana:
Section I. That there be and there is hereby
transferred from the account identified as B -14-A in the
city's ledger of disbursements, being further identified
as the contingency fund in the appropriation for the
Comptroller's office to the account identified as "Official
Records" in the appropriation for the City Clerk the sum
of 5115.00 and appropriating the said sum for the purchase
of official records and authorizing t )xe use of the said
amount for the said purpose.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the Common
Council of the city of South Bend, Indiana, and its signa-
ture by the Mayor.
