CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND,

BE IT ORDAINS by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Section 1. That the appropriation for coal and ice in The Depart-
ment of Public Parks, which account is known as Account No. 321 in the 1939
Budget for The Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Five
Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, and said sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
so appropriated be returned to the general fund.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
