AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1275
ADOPTED AUGUST 27th, 1904, AND ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE COMPELLING THE SHELTERING
AND COVERING OF SCALES -
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council'of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1275 adopted August
27th, 1904, and entitled "An Ordinance compelling the sheltering
and covering of scales" be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
