ORDINANCE NO. 3314
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CON-
VEYANCE-OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY BELONG-
ING TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
WITHOUT APPRAISELMNT.
WHEREAS, it is shown to the Common Council of the
City of South Bend., Indiana, that the personal property
hereinafter more fully described doea not exceed in value
the sum of one hundred ($100.00) dollars, Now) Therefore,,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C01v1UON COUNCIL" OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Works and
Safety of the city of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same
is hereby authorized to sell, for cash, six (6) garbage
hoppers or boxes, each equipped with a hand hoist, which
personal property belongs to the city of South Band.
Section II. That the said personal property
may be sold without an appraisement.
Section III. That this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
