ORDINANCE NO. 33/
AN ORDINANCE AUT-iORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
WITHOUT APPRAISEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Fire Department of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, owns One (1) HALE 600 Gallon Capacity Pump,
that has been removed from the Fire Department equipment
and is not now being used by the Fire Department, and said
Pump is in value not to exceed One Hundred Dollars (1100.00)
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC COMIS;ION
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Board of Public Works and
Safety of t he City of South Bend, Indiana, b e, and the same
is hereby authorized, to sell for cash One (1) HALE 600
Gallon Capacity Pump, now owned by the Fire Department of
said City.
SECTION II. That said personal property shall
be sold without appraisal.
SECTION III. That this Ordinance shall b 4in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval by
the Mayor.
