ORDINANCE NO. 3319
AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
CONTROL SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF ViiASHINGTON
STREET AND WALNUT STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That corner type three lens traffic
control signals be installed at the intersection of Washington
Street and Walnut Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana,
for the purpose of controlling traffic passing over said
streets at their intersection.
SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall b e in full
force and effect after its enactment and approval by the
Mayor,
