Be it ordained by the Common Council of South Bend,
SECTION I

That Sub - Secticn A of Section 42 of Ordinance 3146 be,
and the same is hereb-- repealed, that Sub - Secticn 3 of Section 42
of Ordinance 3146 is amended to read as follovrs:
W' en stop sins are erected at the entrance to any inter-
section in the City of South Bend, Indiana, by authority of any public
body, or official, havin', jurisdiction, every driver of a vehicle and
every motorman of a streetcar shall stop at every such si;n, or at a
clearly mar'ed stop 1'.ne before enterin the intersection, except Y;i' he n
directed to proceed b- a police office:?, or traffic control si,^nal.

That Ordinance 3146 be amended by insertin-, a section after
Section 35 to be knov,m as Section 3ci-A�, if'rich Section shall read as
Parking prohibited during; certain hours in desi 'Mated places.
When signs are erected ',iving notice thereof, no person shall park a
vehicle 90-rin the time des-innated on such si -ns upon any of the streets,
or portion of streets, described in Schedule 3, attached to and_ made a
part of this Ordinance.
