Indiana:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
SECTION I. That a contract entered into by and between the

Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, and the
Moretrench Corporation of Rockaway, New Jersey, on the 2nd day of August,
19409 by the terms of which the Moretrench Corporation agreed to furnish the
City of South Bend one (1) Model C Moretrench conveying excavator on a rental
basis, at a monthly rental price of $500.00, with a provision that when the
total of $9,025a00 has been paid as rental on said machine, that the
Moretrench Corporation shall then transfer title to said machine to the
City of South Bend, Indiana, a copy of which contract is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference; be and the same hereby is in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall `be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval,by the Mayor.
