ORDINANCE NO. 3 3 3 3
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $440.00 TO THE
SPECIAL BARRETT LAW BOND ACCOUNT OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND TRANSFERRING SAID
SUM FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO SAID ACCOUNT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF;.SOUTH BEND, III ?DIANA:
SECTION l That the sum of $440.00 be, and
the same is`. hereby : appropriated to the Special Barrett
Law Bond Account af_ the city of South Bend, Indiana,
for expenses connected with the hiring of a clerk or
clerks.
SECTION 2'. The sum of $440.00 be, and the
same is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Special Barrett Law
Bond Account of the city of South Bend, Indiana, for
the purposes set forth in Section One (1) hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
