ORDLNANCE NO. 33-�
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF CENTER
STREET TO COLUMBUS COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND:
Section 1. That the name of Center Street which now extends from
Mill Street on the East to LaPorte Avenue on the West, exdepting where it
has been closed —by. property now occupied by the Central High School, be
changed to Columbus Court. -,..
Section 21- The Street Department of the city of South Bend is
hereby directed "'o mark said-.street with appropriate signs showing the name
"Columbus Court, theYieon,
Section 3. ThA� ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its enactment and approval by the Mayor.
