AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE SPONSORSHIP OF ff.
A. PROJECTS, BUDGETARY ITEM PROVIDED FOR IN
THE 1941 BUDGET OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
PARKS FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Sedtion 1. That the appropriation for Sponsorship of W. P. A.
Projects by The Department of Public Parks, which account is known as
Account No. 712 A in the 1941 Budget for The Department of Public Parks,
be reduced in the amount of Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty -five Dol-
lars and Fifty -seven Cents ($3455.57), and said sum of Three Thousand
Four Hundred Fifty -five Dollars and Fifty -seven Cents ($3455,57) so ap-
propriated be returned to the general fund.
Section 26 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
