ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES FOR THE VARIOUS
OFFICIALS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1941 AND
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1941, BOTH INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana;
SECTION 1. That the following salaries be fixed for the
various,of c a s and employees of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana, for the period between January lst and December 31, 1941,
both inclusive; that the amounts so fixed by this Ordinance be
designated as the full amount of compensation to be received by said
officials and employees as in aforesaid period above set forth.
