THE SALARIES AND.PROVIDING FOR PP_ID VACATIONS OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE kUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND; INDItNA, and REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE!:'ITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indian; SECTION 1. That the annual salaries for the following municipal city officials and employees of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana, be, and the same are hereby fixed, for the period comment in January 1, 1941, and anding December 31, 1941, as follows; to -wit; SECTION 1 1 1k Chief of Police 3500.00 Captains of Police, each 2340.00 -- Lieutenants of Police, each 2250.00 Sergeants of Police, each 2160.00 patrolmen, first class 2040,00 Patrolmen, second class 1600.00 Policewoman 2040600 Jail Matron 1050.00 Mechanic 1440.00 Chief of Fire Department 3500.00 Assistant - Chiefs of.Fire Department,each 2800.00 Captains of Fire Department, each 2340400 Lieutenants of Fire Department, each 2160,00 Fireman, first class, each 2040.00 Firemen second class, each 1800.00 Superintendent of Electrical Department 2500600 Foremen, each 2160.00 Linemen, each 2040.00 -Operators, each 2040600 SECTION 11. That all of .said above named officials and employees who have served more than twelve months shall be entitled to and receive an annual vacation of fifteen days with full pay therefor. SECTION 111. That all ordlAenees or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. �E TION IV.
