AN ORDINANCE FIXING. THE SALARIES AND.PROVIDING FOR PP_ID
VACATIONS OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF
THE kUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND; INDItNA, and
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT THERE!:'ITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indian;
SECTION 1. That the annual salaries for the following municipal
city officials and employees of the City of South Bend, State of
Indiana, be, and the same are hereby fixed, for the period comment
in January 1, 1941, and anding December 31, 1941, as follows;
to -wit;

who have served more than twelve months shall be entitled to and
receive an annual vacation of fifteen days with full pay therefor.
SECTION 111. That all ordlAenees or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
