AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION OF j
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1942, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1942,
INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND FIXING A TIME
WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. — That for the expenses of the City Plan Commission for the fiscal
year ending December 31, 1942, the following sums of money are hereby approp
priated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purposes
hereby specified, subject to the laws governing the same. Such sums herein
appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made
during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
Section 11. — That for the fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of
the "City plan Commission Fund" of said City, the following:
1. Services — Personal

2. Services— Contractual
21. Communication and Transportation

3. Supplies
36. Office Supplies

TOTAL $2,930.00
Section 111, — This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
