AN ORDINANCE REDUCING TIM APPROPRIATION FOR THE
YEAR 1941 OF ACCOUNT NO. D -7, BEING THE OFFICE
SUPPLY ACCOUNT OF THE SOUTH BEND CITY TREASURER,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $210.34.
WHEREAS, heretofore there has been specially appro-
priated and transferred to account No. D -9, being the office e
ment account of the City Treasurer of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, the sum of Eighty and 92/100 (,$"80.92) Dollars, and there
has also been specially appropriated and transferred to account
No. D -8, being the repair and rental of eauipment account of the
South Bend City Treasurer, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-nine and
42/100 ($129.42) Dollars; and
WHEREAS, the two aforementioned transfers of money
were made from account No. D -7, being the office supply account o]
the South Bend City Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, it is now desirable to reduce the amount of
the appropriation for account No. D -7, being the office supply
account of the South Bend City Treasurer, to the extent that the
sum of Two Hundred Ten and 34/100 ($210.34) Dollars, as afore-
mentioned, has been transferred from the said account No. D -7 to
other accounts as aforementioned and specially appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COHON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THAT:
Section 1. The 1941 appropriation heretofore made for account
No. D -7, being the office supply account of the South Bend
City Treasurer, be, and the same is hereby reduced in the
amount of Two Hundred Ten and 34/100 ($210.34) Dollars.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval
by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, together with the
approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners as provided
by law.
