BE IT ORDAIM by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Section 1. That the appropriation for current obligations
(interest item), which account is known as Account No. 61 in the 1941
Budget of The Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and said sum of Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) so appropriated be returned to the general fund of the De-
partment of Public Parks.
Section 2. That the appropriation for materials (repair parts,
tools and machinery), which account is known as Account No. 454 in the
1941 Budget of The.;Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount
of One Hundred Dollars ($10040), and said sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) so appropriated be returned to the general fund of the De-
partment of Public Parks;
Section 3. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage anA, approval by the mayor.
