AN ORDINANCE REDUCING CERTAIN APPROPRIATION,�OF THE ���(((
STREET DEPARTM' -NT AND TIE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE
YEAR 1941, AND TRANSFERRING THE A14OUNT SO REDUCED TO
THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana
SECTION 1. That the following appropriation for the
year 1941 in the Street Department and the Police Department of
the City of South Bend, be reduced in the amounts hereinafter set
out, and that the amounts referred to revert to the General Fund
of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Appropriation for Electric Current for the Street Dept.
under budget&ny item I -3B - $100.00
Appropriation for Medical and Surgical Costs for the
Street Department under budgetary item I -8B - x;300.00
Appropriation for Other Equipment for the Street
Department under budgetary item I -16A - $200.00.
Appropriation for Personal Services for Police Department
under budgetary item P -1 - $1200.00; the total amount of reductions
being $1800.00.
SECTION 11, This ordinance shall be in full force and,
effect from and after its enactment and approval by the Mayor.
