AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS BETWEEN
THE BOARD OF MATER WORKS TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND LAYNE- NORTHERN CO.INC.
MISHAWAKA, INDIANA, DATED DECEMBER lst,1941`
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana,
Section I. That a contract made and entered into on the 1st
day of December, 1941, between the Board of Water Works Trustees
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Layne - Northern. Company., .
Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, be and the same is hereby ratified
and approved in the form as shown in a copy thereof attached
hereto and made a part hereof, said copy being marked Specifica-
tions for 18" Gravel Wall Type Well.
Section II. That a contract made and entered into on the 1st
day of December, 1941, between the Board of WaterWorks Trustees
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Layne - Northern Company,
Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, be and the same is hereby ratified
and approved in the form as shown in a copy thereof attached

tions for 38" Gravel Wall Type Well.
Section III. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval
by the Mayor.
