The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 8:10 a.m.
The meeting was held in the Common Council Chamber, 4`h Floor, County City Building, 227 West
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)(A). Board
President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and Daniel
Jones were present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee and Attorneys Tasha
Outlaw, Kevin Podlanski, Elizabeth Bemis, and Jolm Kautzman. Board members did not discuss any
subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice. The meeting adjourned
at 8:30 a.m.

The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 8:32 a.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2015 with
Board President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, John Collins, Luther Taylor, and
Daniel Jones present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee; Board's Legal Counsel,
Kevin Podlanski; Attorneys for David Gnoth, Elizabeth Bemis and John Kautzman; and Attorney
Tasha Outlaw. The meeting was held in the Common Council Chambers, 4t" Floor, County City
Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
POLICE DEPARTMENT
HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES DAVID CNOTH
This was the date set for the Hearing of the Charges against Patrolman David Gnoth. There was a
court reporter from Midwest Reporting present to record the hearing.
