AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPRAISAL AND SALE OF
CERTAIN BARRETT LAW BONDS AND COUPONS AND THE
INTEREST OF THE CITY WITH RESPECT THERETO ISSUED BY
SAID CITY IN CONNECTION 'PiITH IMPROVEhiENT RESOLUTION
NO 2145
BE IT ORDAINED r By the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, that:
1. The Judge of St. Joseph Circuit court be requested to ap-
point appraisers to appraise the following:
Barrett Law bonds and coupons owned by the City of South Bend
issued pursuant to Resolution 2145 providing for grade,curb and
walk on Thirty -fifth Street from Grand Trunk Western Rail Road
to North line of Lots 112 -C and 94 in Belmont Addition to South
Bend, Indiana, being all of the City's right,title and interest
in and to Assessment Roll No 2383.
2. That the proper City authorities be, and the same are hereby
authorized to sell, assign, transfer and convey, all the right, title
and interest of said City in and to any assessments levied on account
of the foregoing bonds and coupons in accordance with statutory re-
quirements.
3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
