ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY WATER WORKS DE-
PARTMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South
Bend, that:
1. The amount of Forty Thousand ($409000000) Dollars, be
transferred from the General Fund of the City Water Works
Department to the General Fund of the City of South Bend,
Indiana*
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, its proper legal
posting, and its approval by the Mayor, subject only to the
filing of the proper legal objection thereto.
