ORDINANCE NO. 94 9
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
SECTION 1. That the appropriation for property, other equipment,
which account is known as Account No. 726 in the 1942 Budget of the Depart-
ment of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Three Hundred (9)300.00)
Dollars, and said sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars so appropriated be
returned to the general fund of the Department of Public Parks.
SECTION 2. That the appropriation for materials, equipment, re-
pair parts, which account is known as Account No. 451 in the 1942 budget of
the Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Two Hundred
($200.00) Dollars, and said sum of Two Hundred (9)200.00) Dollars 'so appro-
priated be returned to the general fund of the Department of Public Parks.
SECTION 3. That the appropriation for materials, buildings,
which account is known as Account No. 41 in the 1942 budget of the Depart-
ment of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars, and said sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars so appropriated
be returned to the general fund of the Department of Public Parks.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor*
